Return and exchange conditions
Changing:
The (product / products) you send for change must be unused, uncontaminated,
unaltered and must be returned with any accessories (without any damage) So with Aramex,
with the text "Replace" in the Comment. Tesemo company is not responsible for shipping charges
If you wish to exchange, please contact us before making the exchange. Orders must be sent via WhatsAap. Also,
you should pay the New shipping fee. The order will be shipped within a week.

For any reason, the replacement period for the item you wish to return is 14 days from the date of receipt.
If the product is undamaged, it is returned undamaged and used and must be properly resolvable.
Changes cannot be made after the time has passed.
