Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
â˘â  â Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
â˘â  â Returned with all tags attached
â˘â  â Returned with original packaging, including the dust bag and accessories
â˘â  â Free from makeup, deodorant, sunscreen, perfume, or any signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and promotional purchases marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5â10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
